Paul's work is highly collected and is held by many collectors globally and a collection of his pieces from Scotland are held by the National Galleries of Scotland and at the V&A in London.
Much of the work is like a visual puzzle with no real answers. You can interpret the work as you like. Planets or microscopic the joy of his work is it is your imagination. Like reading a book you paint a picture of the characters in your head. Thus it is with Paul’s work. He sources materials often from coastal locations and experiments with these objects.
